Animal advocacy, welfare and rescue.

Eastwood Ranch Foundation is a non-profit Southern California based Animal Welfare and Rescue Organization. We rescue domestic animals from high kill shelters around our community along with supporting other vetted local rescues and providing care until a forever home is found. Besides local animal rescue, ERF works on behalf of any and all animal welfare causes by helping raise awareness, educating, campaigning/petitioning for Animals throughout the United States and beyond.  Our goal is to support abused, neglected and unwanted animals throughout the world. (Caution Graphic Images) Imagine being victimized, then vilified. That's exactly what happened to Django. who was was stabbed repeatedly by his owner with a box cutter, then tossed into a shed, where he was left for 4 days. A neighbor notified animal control who came and confiscated Django and got him treated for his wounds. Django spent over a month at the shelter recovering from his injuries. In the beginning, he would growl at staff, always on edge, scared that anyone who approached him was going to hurt him. Due to the trauma he suffered he could not be adopted out to the public. The shelter put out a plea to rescue groups. When Eastwood Ranch Foundation heard about his tragic story, they knew they had to help. They knew he would need rehabilitation and training so he could learn to trust people again. They reached out Canine Rehabilitation Center & Cat Sanctuary, which has built a great reputation on helping dogs suffering from trauma and behavioral issues. CRCCS agreed to take Django into their program. If you would like to make a tax deductible donation to help with Django's rehabilitation costs please go to #adoptdontshop #CRCCSGivesLife #lovedogs #dogs #EastwoodRanch #CanineRehabilitationCenterandCatSanctuary
